Event Results
The event results are complete from 1919 - 2023. In 1919 there were 11 events, with an 11 mile relay that was ran from St. Charles to Aurora. Some of the events have been discontinued, while others were added. The 50 yard dash was eliminated prior to the 1931 meet. The 120 yard high hurdles and the 220 yard low hurdles started in 1923. The javelin was thrown from 1922 - 1939. Other events that are still contested today were added at different times. An athlete in the first few years could compete in as many as 6 events. Joe Wadkins of Aurora East won all of the running events with the exception of the mile run. He also won the long jump.
