Family Champs
We have a lot of families with multiple winners. There are 8 father/son combinations, with Richie Birch having 2 sons becoming champs. 2 sets of cousins along with 3 uncle/nephew champions. But the brother/brother group is the largest. Led by the Patterson brothers Russ, Don and Paul along with the Tisons brothers, Haskell, Alan and Bruce. There are 23 sets of brothers who have been county champs. The Tison's have 5 total titles all in the high jump. Cliff and Chuck Schroeder from Elgin are the only set of twins!
