Kaleidoscope accepts private pay and Arizona ESA/ClassWallet for eligible educational programs and services. The payment process is different depending on which option you use.
Private-pay families can pay through Square or Venmo. Once your program, service, or registration is confirmed, we'll provide the amount due and payment information.
Kaleidoscope is registered with ClassWallet as an educational service provider. Arizona ESA funds may be used for eligible Kaleidoscope educational programs and services.
HOW IT WORKS :
1. We provide the invoice.
Kaleidoscope prepares the detailed invoice for the eligible program or service.
2. You submit it through ClassWallet.
The parent uploads the invoice through the ClassWallet Pay Vendor process.
3. ClassWallet pays Kaleidoscope after approval.
Once the transaction is reviewed and approved, ClassWallet releases payment directly to Kaleidoscope.
Using ESA does not require you to pay Kaleidoscope first when using Pay Vendor. Families who prefer not to use ESA may always private pay.
If you already know which Kaleidoscope program or service you're interested in, start here. We'll review your information, confirm the details with you, and make sure you know the schedule, cost, and payment process before you begin.
