Use warehouse QC photos to compare the received item with the variant you ordered, record visible problems and decide whether to ask for more evidence before international shipping. This is a practical checklist, not an authentication service or a guarantee of quality.
Open the image area for your own order and match its item ID, selected variant and quantity. Source listing photos show the advertised item; warehouse QC should relate to the received item. If that relationship is unclear, ask support to identify the order before making a decision.
Warehouse receipt and completed inspection are separate events. If images are missing, ask whether processing is complete, what photos are included and what an extra request costs. This guide gives no fixed QC completion-time promise.
Identity: match the design, selected colour, size label and included pieces with your saved order.
Coverage: confirm the photos show the front, back and the areas that matter for this item. An unseen area remains unverified.
Visible condition: locate apparent stains, tears, open seams, missing parts or mismatched components. Record the image number and area.
Measurements: compare clearly shown measurements with the seller’s chart and your reference garment, using identical endpoints.
Decision: write the specific unresolved issue and what evidence would let you decide.
T-shirts: front/back design, apparent print placement, neckline and seams. Photos cannot establish wash durability or fabric feel.
Hoodies and sets: check each included piece, both size labels and visible cuffs, seams and fasteners. A top photo does not verify matching trousers.
Knitwear: look for visible holes, snagging and uneven seams. A close-up does not prove fibre content, softness or warmth.
Shoes: compare the pair, both size tags, visible soles and any obvious left/right mismatch. A logo or box label does not authenticate a product.
Winter layers: check the lining, visible closures and requested measurements. A photo cannot establish insulation performance or waterproofness.
Continue considering shipment: the requested views are clear and no unresolved issue changes your choice. This is your visual acceptance decision, not certification.
Ask for evidence: a label is unreadable, an important part is absent from the views, lighting makes the colour uncertain or the ruler does not show both endpoints. State one focused request and confirm the fee first.
Ask support about return or exchange: the received variant appears wrong, a visible defect matters to you or a confirmed measurement makes the item unsuitable. Pause international submission of that item while seeking a decision. Approval, eligibility, deadlines and deductions must be confirmed for the live order.
Unclear set: the listing offered a hoodie/jogger set, but only a hoodie is visible. Ask for the contents and both labels; do not conclude from one photo that the trousers are missing or included.
Apparent chest mismatch: your order chart says 54 cm but a photo seems to show 50 cm. First confirm size, units, endpoints and whether the fabric is stretched. If a clear remeasurement confirms a material mismatch, ask support about the available remedy.

Kakobuy’s official inspection explanation describes checks for conspicuous clothing issues and says details such as colour differences and loose threads cannot be assured. It also distinguishes external electronic-item checks from functional testing. Consult its inspection rules and your order-specific support response; a QC photograph does not establish authenticity, composition, fit or durability.

Keep the evidence beside your decision
If you want to combine the QC note above with the earlier size comparison and later order events, use the clothing-evidence record template. Keep the image date, exact variant and unresolved question together; store private order numbers locally. This companion template is maintained by the same independent editor, Jay Moo, and does not replace an order-specific support response.
