A lower item price can still produce a higher delivered total. Copy this worksheet into your own spreadsheet and compare the same quantity, currency and destination. Enter actual quoted charges; leave unknowns blank instead of treating them as zero.
Open the product workbook and Cost comparison tab. Use File → Make a copy to enter your own figures, or File → Download to use it in Excel. The public master is read-only. Its “Other costs” column includes payment/FX and insurance; do not double-count them in agent fees.
Put these labels in A1:A9 and values in B1:B9:
Item unit price
Quantity
China domestic delivery — total for this order
Agent and optional service charges — total
International shipping — allocated or full parcel amount
Payment and currency-conversion charges
Applicable import taxes or duties
Other charges, including insurance if chosen
Delivered total
Use one currency for every amount. In B9 enter:
=IF(COUNT(B1:B8)<8,"Enter all costs",B1*B2+SUM(B3:B8))
Enter 0 only when a charge is confirmed not applicable. If any charge is unknown, B9 should remain “Enter all costs.” This formula is a budgeting aid, not an official Kakobuy quotation.
Before ordering: capture the actual selected variant price, quantity, domestic delivery, payment currency and visible service fees. Confirm whether a set price covers all pictured pieces.
Before international dispatch: compare routes for your destination and goods. Obtain the packed weight and dimensions, optional-service quote and insurance conditions. A route may charge volumetric weight rather than scale weight. Use Kakobuy’s estimator for a preliminary route check and the live parcel quote for the decision.
Taxes: use the applicable official customs information for your destination and route. No universal tax rate or tax-free promise is assumed here. A price comparison is incomplete while an applicable cost is unknown.
Prepared 23 October 2026. Assumptions only: 2 items at US$11.71; domestic delivery US$1; agent/services US$2; allocated international freight US$3; payment/FX US$0.50; import charges US$4; other charges US$0. Total = 2 × 11.71 + 1 + 2 + 3 + 0.50 + 4 + 0 = US$33.92, or US$16.96 per item.
These fees are invented solely to demonstrate arithmetic. No destination, parcel weight, dimensions or live shipping route was quoted; do not use them as a freight estimate. Replace every amount with your own quote.
Copy the worksheet into a second column for candidate B. Use the same destination and quantity. For one-item parcels, enter the full parcel charge. For a multi-item parcel, record the whole parcel total first. Any per-item allocation — equal shares, item weight or another method — is your budget model, not necessarily the platform’s invoice. Dimensional weight, minimum charges and packaging can change the result.
Keep both an estimated and an actual column with a quote date. After final packing or delivery, replace estimates with paid amounts and note any refunds separately. Do not subtract a refund until it is actually credited.
Missing size information, a wrong variant, extra photos needed, a non-returnable choice, large packaging or expensive route restrictions may matter more than a small price difference. Resolve those questions before payment instead of comparing headline prices alone.

Editor: Jay Moo. This worksheet does not store your order, address or payment information.
After estimating the delivered cost, use the order and parcel tracking guide to distinguish payment, warehouse receipt and carrier acceptance. Keep each fee quote with its date and source; a tracking update does not confirm the final total.
Compare a quote with a paid charge
For a single cost category, the quoted-versus-paid charge worksheet subtracts your recorded estimate from the amount paid in the same currency. Enter the quote date and source; repeat separately for other charges. This companion tool is maintained by Jay Moo, runs locally in the page and does not provide live rates or a delivered-cost guarantee.
