Find which part of the journey you are checking before interpreting a Kakobuy tracking update. A purchase order, seller’s domestic shipment and international parcel use different records. This guide helps you identify the right number, the next evidence to look for and the information support needs.
Purchase order number: identifies your item purchase and order conversation with the agent.
Domestic tracking number: follows the seller’s shipment to the warehouse. “Delivered” here can mean warehouse delivery, not delivery to your home.
International parcel number: identifies the parcel submitted from the warehouse and the route/services you selected. Several items may be combined.
Carrier or last-mile tracking number: identifies movement in the carrier’s network. Use a replacement or local number only when your parcel record or carrier actually provides one.
Kakobuy’s official purchasing process directs users to account orders/warehouse for goods status and the parcel area for outbound tracking. Account wording can change; open the record that matches the stage rather than relying on an old screenshot.
Paid, purchasing or awaiting seller dispatch: inspect the purchase order and seller update. Ask order support whether the seller has dispatched and what next update to expect. A payment receipt is not dispatch evidence.
Seller dispatched: use the domestic shipment record. Check the named carrier and receipt information. Do not enter a domestic number into an unrelated international carrier page.
Warehouse received: check whether stock-in and QC processing are complete. Carrier delivery, account stock-in and available QC images need not appear together.
Parcel submitted or label created: check the parcel record for packing/payment completion, dispatch and carrier handover. A number alone does not show physical collection.
In transit or clearance: read the latest event on the actual carrier’s official site, including its date and time zone. Follow any request through the verified account/carrier channel.
Local delivery: check the supplied last-mile number for delivery attempts, pickup instructions or proof of delivery. An estimated date is not a completed delivery event.
Write down the latest event, its timestamp and where you obtained it. Compare the route’s current delivery range and carrier guidance. An empty interval alone does not establish that a parcel is lost, seized or safe; avoid turning forum averages into a promised deadline.
Carrier terminology differs. For example, DHL’s official status explanations distinguish electronic shipment information from receipt of the parcel. This is an illustration of the distinction, not a claim that every Kakobuy route uses DHL or identical status labels.
Number not found: confirm copied characters, correct carrier and whether the number is domestic, international or local. Ask parcel support about activation/handover if still unresolved.
Delivered but not received: establish which leg says delivered. For final delivery, inspect the carrier’s delivery evidence and contact it and parcel support promptly; preserve the record.
Address or customs request: open the carrier/account directly and verify the request before sending documents or payment. Do not guess a declaration or treat an unsolicited message as authority.
Damage or missing contents: retain packaging, labels and photos of contents as received. Ask about the applicable claim procedure and deadline. Insurance purchase does not itself establish that a claim is covered.

“Parcel [ ], route [ ], carrier [ ]. The latest official scan is [event] at [date/time zone]. The parcel record shows [status]. Please confirm whether physical carrier handover occurred, whether there is a different last-mile number, and what next action or claim deadline applies. I can provide the relevant screenshot privately.”
If the item is still at the warehouse, use the QC checklist before international submission. For the two payment stages, returns and refunds, use the complete buying workflow. Compare the final quotation with the cost worksheet; go back to the product directory for your saved item link.

Organize item evidence separately from parcel events
