I was tasked with completeing several self-paced teaching materials and quizzes on multiple different software applications.
By completeing these quizzes I now have a more in-depth understanding of their funtionality. I have used Microsoft Word for as long as I can remember and so when we learned about the heading feature and how to change all of the headings at once I was amazed. Especially since I have spent countless amounts of time going back and fixing every single "heading" I created. I did feel like I already knew the most about PowerPoint and its capabilities. Excel was the one software that I do not use often and it is the most intimidating software to use in my opinion. After the lesson though I feel like Excel has so many capabilities and functions that it is totally worth putting more effort into practicing in the application. I was also very unfamiliar with how excel can be used for basic things, like the sum feature and creating charts and graphs. This lesson I feel like will have lasting impacts on my interactions with technology and these software applications.
Here is a frog I saw while on vacation!
