In this document you will find a mock welcome letter. Along with the letter is a plan for my first 100 days as an administrator. This plan is directed to my current district, but could quickly be altered for another.

My implementing MTSS powerpoint shows ways schools collect data to support students' academic growth. This data is analyzed through the focus of MTSS. The students then are placed in tiers of support that best helps them succeed.

Through data collection and analysis from the ISASPs, FASTBridge, and classroom data I created a proposed School Improvement Action Plan. While creating this plan in a non-administrative role was difficult when working with classroom teachers, they soon let down their guards, owned the data, and trusted me to work collaboratively with them.
