“Change the way you do school so that kids have more opportunities to succeed!” (Minor, 2019). I constructed a powerpoint to get teachers thinking about becoming disruptive thinkers so they will have empathy for tomorrow's leaders, engineer, and so forth.
This flyer that I created gives some tips that I find useful in making connections and building relationships in schools.

“A vision for learning helps teachers and school leaders to create a unified set of values and beliefs which drive the development of a high-performance learning culture. It is framed by these fundamental questions: Why are we here? What do we stand for? How do we achieve our goals?” My vision for learning is “to meet each child where they are developmentally, to listen to their individual needs, and to utilize both actions to promote growth in learning.
