Principal Interview

I interview our secondary principal about her role as the principal overseeing the special education program, what definition she has of FAPE, some of the challenges and solutions surround the special education program in our school, any laws she feels should be changed, and what can we do a better job at doing. A statement from this interview that stuck out to me was, "If we settle, we have not done enough." I also created an action plan for my role as a principal and work with special education departments.
