(p.1-74): Continuation of Exhibits from Declaration V of Sergio Robleto.

Declaration V of Sergio Robleto with additional Exhibits (p. 75-90): Regarding Helen Mo's previous background around 1998, before the murder of Eric (Yichen) Liu, when she was involved in previous burglaries with Samuel Chang, her former boyfriend that introduced her into the Wah Ching gang (according to the declaration). According to Sergio's investigations, Helen Mo had burglarized another one her former boyfriend's residence in 1998, Joseph Hsia, when he and his family was out of country. According to the investigations, Mo displayed a high level of sophistication in many occasions (including the burglary of Mr. Eric (Yichen) Liu). The level of sophistication that Mo had are usually reserved for people with an extensive criminal expertise.

Declaration VIII of Sergio Robleto with Exhibits (91-100): Regarding Sergio Robleto questioning Thomas Gleim, investigator hired by Sonny's public defender in 2000 (Gary Pohlson), about his defense investigations for Sonny's case. According to Gleim, he stated, "We placed a lot of credibility in the police reports." Thus, he said that no other investigative defense strategies were investigated. Overall, Gleim failed to perform a proper investigation to support Sonny's defense at the time, which includes overlooking crucial facts in the case that would've support Sonny's defense, failing to verify the credibility of other suspects' statements, and failing to conduct interviews of other potential defense witnesses other than Nun Tri Can and Sonny's ex-fiancee, Judy Lien.
