Declaration of Sergio Robleto (p.1-5) : Regarding Vicki Wong's visit to the temple on Jan. 24th, 2000 for pre- marriage preparations between Sonny Wong and his ex-fiancee at the time, Judy Lien.

Declaration of Sergio Robleto (p. 6-9): Regarding Vicki Wong's visit to the temple on Jan. 24th, 2000 for pre-marriage preparations. Nun Linh Kim recalled that she saw Mrs. Wong and her son, Sonny Wong, at the temple on Jan. 24th, 2000. Monk Quang discussed the Chinese zodiac signs, in relation to a dragon tattoo.

Declaration of Sergio Robleto (p. 10-21): Regarding a subject, "Pocket" (a.k.a. Mr. Michael Lam) wanting to "greenlight" Sonny. According to Mr. Sergio Robleto, the term "greenlight" is a generic term used by gang members to give authorization to murder someone.

Declaration V of Sergio Robleto (p. 22-44): Regarding defense investigations on Helen Mo's (co-defendant) residence and medical/forensic reports of the deceased victim, Mr. Eric (Yichen) Liu. According to the declaration, the defense investigator, Thomas Gleim, (who was hired by Sonny's public defender, Mr. Gary M. Pohlson) made no efforts to document any investigations about witnesses near Mo's residence or about the medical and forensic reports.

Declaration V of Sergio Robleto with Exhibits (p. 45-100): Regarding Helen Mo's level of sophistication with extensive criminal expertise since she was a juvenile, her involvement in the Wah Ching gang (Kenside faction), and other information about other Wah Ching gang members that were possibly involved in the murder case of Mr. Eric (Yichen) Liu in 2000.
