1. Product Nature

• Our products are handmade and may vary slightly in color, texture, and taste.

• Fermented and fresh foods continue to develop naturally; variations are normal and not considered defects.

2. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

• Please ensure that all personal and delivery information provided is accurate.

• Incorrect information may result in delivery delays or additional charges.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Product prices do not include shipping fees.

• Shipping cost is calculated based on total weight and delivery destination.

• Frozen items (e.g., Amazake) require cold-chain delivery or same-day delivery to ensure product integrity.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or factors beyond our control.

Normal Delivery (Non-Frozen Items)

• First 3kg: RM10

• Additional weight: RM1.50 / kg

Delivery Arrangement for Normal Delivery

• Monday & Tuesday

• Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days

Same Day Delivery (Lalamove)

• Within 10km: RM15

• Additional distance: RM1.50 / km

 Delivery Days for same day delivery

• Monday to Saturday,  10:00am - 8:00pm  (same-day Lalamove service)

Self Pickup

• Location: Just Ferment, Kemuning Utama

• Available Days: Wednesday & Thursday

• Time: 10:00am – 8:00pm

4. Receiving Your Order

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel during the selected delivery time.

• For frozen/refrigerated items, immediate storage in freezer or refrigerator is required.

• We are not liable for spoilage due to late collection, incorrect storage, or failed delivery attempts.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• All sales are final.

• We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

• If you receive the wrong item or the product is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos as evidence.

6. Product Handling & Storage

• Miso, Shio Koji,  Amazake are fermented products and can tolerate short periods without refrigeration during shipping. 

• As long as the products were not left out for an extended time—such as overnight in high heat or direct sunlight—and the packaging is intact, they are still safe to use. Please refrigerate them once received.

• Please follow the recommended storage instructions provided for each product.

• We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper handling, storage, or delays in refrigeration/freezing.

7. Allergies & Dietary Notes

• Ingredients are clearly listed on each product.

• It is the customer's responsibility to check for possible allergens.

• We are not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from consumption.

8. Changes or Cancellation

• Once an order is processed, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

• Changes may be considered only if the order has not entered the preparation or packing stage.

9. Liability

• By purchasing, you acknowledge that consumption of fermented or fresh food products involves natural variations.

• We are not liable for misuse, improper storage, or issues resulting from third-party delivery services.

10. Agreement

By checking out and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
