Hello!!

Hello! My name is Tim DeWalt, and I am a senior studying wildlife conservation. I grew up in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with my three older brothers and parents. Some of my interests include playing sports, exercising, hunting, backpacking, and rock climbing. My love for nature started because my upbringing. As a kid my brothers and I would play outside all the time—playing backyard football or running around in the woods at my Grandparent’s.

Hunting has become an integral part of my life since I have been around it my entire life. I started hunting and fishing when I became old enough regarding the regulations in PA. This has led me to an understanding of nature that has shaped my life. It also has given me my passion for food, what it means to know where my food comes from, and what sustainable living is. My upbringing in nature and my interest hunting have given me a strong conservationist outlook on life.
