2025.5. A collaboration work with ETRI and Samsung about all-MOCVD grown 1.3 micron quantum dot lasers on Si has been published at Laser & Photonics Reviews (IF=9.8, JCR=6.3%).

2025.3 Seungwan's paper on "Growth of InxGa1-xSb linearly graded buffers on GaSb substrate for ultra-low bandgap 0.1 eV InAsSb layer" has been accepted for Applied Surface Science (IF=6.3, JCR 10.9%). Congrats!

2025.2 Students attended Korean Conference on Semiconductors (한국반도체학술대회) held in 하이원리조트. Yeonhwa, Tim, Eunkyo, Seungwan, and Eungbeom have delivered oral presentations. Great work!
