2026.3 Eungbeom's paper about "Low-threshold SWIR GaSb-based MQW laser diodes enabled by optimized growth of active region" has been published in Materials Today Communications (IF=4.5). This is our group's first GaSb-based laser diode paper. Congrats!

2026.2 Tim Laryn has won the KIST 60th anniversary best student award among the KIST school students. He has been working on epitaxial QD surface emitting diodes on silicon substrates for photonic integrated circuits and sensing applications. Congrats!
