Meets during 9th period on Even days.

What happens in band rehearsals and lessons?

Students study a variety of wind literature to build and refine musical concepts and techniques and develop an understanding of the music of diverse cultures, historical time periods, and prominent composers. Weekly lessons are also an integral part of our program. This critical time is used to build techniques specific to the instrument and work on rhythmic skills, tone quality, and fundamentals.

2025 Future Freshman Night

Congratulations to all 8th Grade Band students who participated and performed at Future Freshman Night! 8th Grade Band students rehearsed and performed with the Cavalier Marching Band at Pocono Mountain East. Any current 8th Grader interested in joining Marching Band should stay tuned for information towards the end of the school year!
