These online, weekly, group and expert-led interactive sessions are available to any educator across the UK, with the aim to educate teachers and educators alike, on aspects of wellbeing. We are creating a wellbeing community, where educators can engage in personal development and connect with others of similar interests and mindset. The weekly sessions are led by our collective of wellbeing partners, providing holistic and modern focus on personal wellbeing, all aimed to support the development of personal resilience, mental and physical fitness as well as emotional wellbeing.
Regularly throughout the year we will be running Wellbeing Retreat days to give anyone involved in education an opportunity to refresh and recharge in the comfort of their own home. Our wellbeing partners will be running a whole host of online sessions, including specialist themes such as:
Nutrition
Sleep
Breathing, movement, meditation
Yoga
Exercise classes - Resistance and strength development.
Personal development and life goals reflection sessions
Emotional resilience and self compassion
Once you have signed up for the event (through our usual Linktree link in the events page) you will have access to the whole programme of sessions, being able to choose which ones you want to attend on the day. At the minute the events are not recorded, but there is lots of opportunity within every session to take notes and jot down key learning points. Wellbeing partners will often provide handouts or links to further learning and support.
