Liberty Mills from Integrative Liberty is a wellness blogger and certified Integrative Nutrition coach. Liberty is our nutrition and food specialist, helping people to review their current routines, find ways to boost energy naturally, manage weight effectively and teaches us about the importance of what we put into our bodies. She has all 5 star reviews on trust pilot and has transformed clients with chronic fatigue, irregulars periods, infertility, autoimmune, cholesterol and those suffering with mental and physical burn out.

Her quest to inspire others to lead a wellness life is driven from her own experience of burn out and an autoimmune disease called Lupus. Now successfully reversing her own symptoms she coaches others to lead their life of ultimate wellness, a life we all deserve to live.

Nick Wilson

Nick Wilson is our Wellbeing strategy specialist. He has worked in health, fitness and wellbeing for over 25 years learning a great deal about what it takes to make positive, lasting lifestyle changes in that time, having worked with individuals, groups and within organisations to do this.

For the past 16 years he has worked in the higher education sector planning, developing and reviewing wellbeing strategy and initiatives for both staff and students. Nick is passionate about helping people understand more about what impacts their own wellbeing and believes that there is a joint responsibility between organisations and individuals to manage this in the workplace.

Nick has been qualified as a personal trainer for a number of years, with specialisms in behaviour change, sport and exercise nutrition along with youth and senior exercise.

Jacqui Cooper

Jacqui Cooper is a kundalini yoga & meditation teacher, holistic coach, reiki master, reiki teacher and founder of Beachyjax lifestyle & yoga studio. From personal experience, Jacqui knows what it’s like to feel stressed, anxious, imbalanced and out of alignment. That feeling that something’s just not quite right, not knowing where you are going or who you really are. Over many years working on her own personal development, Jacqui has come to understand who she is at her core, where she wants to be and what makes my heart sing. Jacqui is now working to help other people to do the same and live a more joyful and authentic life, through kundalini yoga & meditation classes, reiki healing sessions, holistic life and business coaching, workshops and retreats.

Kelly Thistlethwaite

Kelly is a Health and Wellbeing expert, with qualifications in Sports Rehabilitation, Yoga, Pilates, Wellbeing Coaching and a variety of specialist massage techniques including Myofascial Release Technique, Ayurvedic Yogic massage and Sports Massage. Kelly completed her Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 at Kripalu in America and has also completed studies in Trauma Sensitive and Adaptive Yoga teacher training. She has a keen thirst for knowledge especially of Anatomy and movement. Kelly set up her own company -Yorkshire Yogi in 2017, where she delivers workshops to companies and schools, retreats to the general public and is the director and creator of The Huddersfield Yoga and Wellbeing Festival.

Adam Batchelor

Adam Batchelor is a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach. Adam started in the fitness industry after graduating from university in 2000, working as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, fitness manager and Regional fitness manager for Fitness First Health Clubs.

Adam now focuses his efforts building NRG FOR LIFE into a recognisable brand, providing an unrivalled fitness experience for all. Adam has worked with hundreds of clients over the last 20 years, working with GPs, physio referrals, professional athletes, post natal mums, existing and new gym members. Adam delivers workshops to schools and corporate wellness days as well as writes articles for local newspapers and magazines.

The Sleep Charity

The Sleep Charity is an award winning charity established to help the nation to get a good night's sleep. Their aim is to help the nation to sleep better to support mental and physical wellbeing through practical advice, support and training. Their work is based on the latest research and is evidence based, with a team of experts who ensure they bring you the most up to date information and advice about sleep. Shaun the Sheep is their official sleep ambassador for the 'Sheep Dreams' campaign, which is aimed at helping families to enjoy the benefits of a good night;s sleep and in June 2020 they were awarded the prestigious Queen's Award for voluntary service.

Lou Mycroft

Lou is a Thinking Environment coach, trainer and facilitator, having trained with its founder, Nancy Kline. Thinking Environments are not therapy, but they leave a calming and therapeutic emotional wake. She is a community builder at heart, increasingly sought after for her emotional intelligence.

Lou has learned so much in the past few years about how we communicate with one another online, including across profound areas of disagreement. She is offering a #WellbeingWednesday workshop called #BeKind: Non Violent Communication and Social Media.

Georgia Harrison

Georgia is a wellbeing coach, highly experienced yoga teacher and meditation guide with a real passion for helping people balance the pressures of working life with a happy self.

As part of the corporate world herself, no one understands more how professional life can affect our energy, health and happiness. Georgia will be running workshops tailored to resetting the mind and soul and alleviating stress.

Stefanie Wilkinson

Stef has always been fascinated by coaching and personal development. After doing various qualifications and further study in coaching as well as personal experience, she now enjoys creating spaces for people to reflect on their sense of wellbeing, fulfilment, mindset and resilience as well as motivation and purpose.

Stef is passionate about supporting people to fulfil their potential but also bring about reflection to help people connect to their life purpose and live authentically. This time to reflect helps people to establish a more focused approach to life, feel more in control and reduces the 'rat race' feeling.

Stef also specialises in how Quality processes in schools, colleges and universities can support staff wellbeing.

Guided Relaxation to reduce stress and aid sleep:

This class is perfect if you sometimes struggle to switch off, relax and sleep.

In this class I will teach you some breathing techniques to relax your nervous system as well as guide you through some relaxing guided visualisations. You will be able to practice these tools yourself to aid relaxation and sleep following the class.
