In this project, I used the creative commons and other online resources to gather digital media. I then explained where they were found, and some licensing information.
This image, uploaded by the U.S geological survey, was found by searching the creative commons database for "Coral Reef." This image is licensed under the creative commons zero license. This means that the image's copyright was given up, leaving the image in the public domain. This means that the image is allowed to be used with no restrictions or conditions.
Below is the link to the image on creative commons:
This audio, uploaded by user InspectorJ to freesound.org is of a sound that was meant to replicate the war of the worlds tripod. I downloaded it through the freesound website as a .wav file. This media was licensed under the Attributions 4.0 license. This means that the file can be shared and adapted, but proper credit must be given

This gif, uploaded by Not_A_NPC on tenor.com, is a meme about a "mild headache" which is actually a brain aneurysm. I embeded this gif directly from tenor using the link to the page. The webpage had no licensing information so the TASL rule of thumb is used. TASL stands for title, author, source, and license

"Headache memes GIF" by Not_A_NPC. Sourced from https://tenor.com/view/headache-memes-discord-memes-epic-very-funny-gif-26492864. The license is unknown so it falls under fair use.
This video, uploaded by Everness to youtube.com, is a ambient track consisting of music and sounds from the video game "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion" by Bethesda Softworks. I took the link to this video and embedded it directly into this web page. This video has no licensing information so the TASL rule of thumb is once again used.

Through doing this project I learned about the various types of digital media and licenses. I also learned how to use the creative commons database as well as how to provide attribution relating to a work.
