Echoes of the Abbey was the second game created during my time in University.
The game was created with the same team from The Pharaoh's Secret, however an additional team of programmers from another of the University's dev teams, Duskforge Studios, tagged along to help with the project. In total, we had about 50 students creating the game split between designers, artists and programmers.
The game takes place from within a nunnery, where the player must care for patients while finding and exorcising a demon that lurks within the building.
This was the first game whilst in University that I started to stick to designing UI and working in that discipline. As I do graphic design in my free time, this made sense to me and I enjoyed it. From this project, I learned more about working as a team and consistently working at my best while not everyone was pulling their own weight, and overall learning to work in Unity.
