Prayer is one of the ways we care for one another and lift up the needs of our church family. If you or someone you know could use prayer, we welcome you to submit a prayer request. You can also join our prayer chain email list to receive prayer requests and help surround members of our church and community with prayer and support. 

Following Coffee Hour on the second Sunday of each month, we have a short time of preparing greeting cards for those in our church family who are not able to be present with us and would welcome a note of encouragement, sympathy, or best wishes. This is an opportunity for us to brighten the days of those we miss seeing in person each week.  All are welcome to participate as often as they are able!

JUMC wants to be supportive of you during times of loss of a loved one. Following a funeral/memorial service, the Martha Ministry is available for you to greet family members and friends with a reception or a lunch/dinner in our Fellowship Hall.  

Each Christmas season, members of Jordan United Methodist Church visit The Commons on St. Anthony in Auburn to share the joy of the season through music. We sing Christmas carols with residents and spend time bringing fellowship and holiday cheer to those who may not be able to celebrate with family nearby. It is a simple way to share God's love beyond the walls of our church.
