At Jordan United Methodist Church, we believe that church is more than a place where we gather on Sunday morning. **Ministry is the way we live out our faith—in worship, in learning, in caring for one another, and in serving our neighbors.**

As United Methodists, we share a mission to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. We believe that following Christ calls us not only to grow in our own faith, but also to share God's love through compassion, generosity, service, and action.

Our ministries provide different ways for people to connect, grow, and serve. Through Worship, we gather together to praise God and strengthen our faith. Through Christian Education, we learn, ask questions, and grow as disciples at every stage of life. Through Nurture Ministry, we care for one another through life's celebrations, challenges, and transitions. And through Missions & Outreach, we carry the love of Christ beyond our congregation and into our community and world.

As part of The United Methodist Church, we are also part of a larger connection of churches working together in ministry. United Methodists believe that by sharing our prayers, presence, gifts, service, and witness, we can accomplish far more together than we could alone. Our giving and our service support ministries both close to home and around the world.
