Study Description: This study aims to develop a grounded theory on Korean TNB people's career experience throughout their gender transition. Study design, data collection, and analysis took place from June 2019 to March 2023. This study has been conducted by Joonwoo Lee, M.Ed. and Bora Lee, Ph.D.
