Becoming convinced of the reality of pranic energy/chi/qi and its many other names in global cultures previous to the current materialist age, I occupied myself with research on this topic over the last 30 years or so, in my spare time when not occupied with fisheries science. Vital energy and shamanic beliefs are currently not considered to be in the same category as Science, but it is my impression that it will only be a matter of time before they become more closely linked. The roles of intuition, inspiration and creativity in science are generally recognized, especially when working with energy masters who take us on a voyage of discovery which has proved exciting and surprising. Recognizing that our ancestors had an alternative source of inspiration that we are only now rediscovering, led to personal experience a number of fields which resulted in unexpected discoveries, some of which are described in the MS's stored here.
