The UChicago Cancer Metabolomics Research Center was established in the best interests of the multidisciplinary research community at The University of Chicago as a whole to integrate and nurture translational research. The Center serves as a hub that provides a collaborative environment as well as resources to bridge the skills gap for faculty with diverse expertise who are interested in expanding their research to metabolism. We have recruited new faculty members with special expertise who focus on several unique but currently underdeveloped topics as shown in the picture:
