Jumping into my third year, I was also jumping into some bigger leadership positions than I've previously been expected of. Focusing on the engineer aspects of a show was new to my designer brain and having a crew that I want to give the most educational experience while still struggling to understand certain concepts myself was grueling at first. However, I adapted and made it through to a wonderful week of performances. I was able to learn a lot about adapting to a task at hand while also learning to trust myself along a process more and feeling more grounded in my engineering abilities.
