How to create a 'paperless classroom' via Business Chat and cloud data management

Slack

  1. Create your own “Work place”. https://slack.com/create#email

  2. Invite other participants. (students, teachers, and parents)

    1. Open Slack on your iPhone or iPad. It's the icon with multicolored squares and a black “S” inside.

    2. Swipe left to right. This opens your team's channel list.

    3. Tap the channel to which you want to invite a member.

    4. Tap the channel's name.

    5. Input a mail address.

    6. Tap Invite.

  3. Make a public channel.

    1. Tap “+” on channel list.

    2. Input a name of the channel.

    3. Invite people.

  4. Make a private channel for teachers only. (and discuss about the exams.)

  5. Send a message to others.

    1. Tap an icon of other participant.

    2. Tap “Message”.


Google drive

  1. Type “doc.new”, “slide.new”, or “sheet.new” in your address bar on Chrome (PC).

  2. Write your document, slide, or sheet.

  3. Click “Share”.

  4. Under "People," type the email address or Google Group you want to share with.

  5. To choose how a person can use the folder, click the Down arrow .

  6. Click Send. An email is sent to people you shared with.
