The individual who killed Jesse was found "not delinquent" of any criminal wrongdoing.
But that doesn't erase the truth.
Jesse is still dead.
And that individual was still behind the wheel of that truck.
No courtroom decision can undo the pain or bring back the brother, son, and friend we lost.
Our fight for truth and accountability is just beginning.

On March 24th, 2023 Jesse decided to go to a party at the rivers' edge in Hatfield, Ma. The weather was just starting to warm a bit and Jesse had just finished his 2nd week at a job he finally enjoyed. Jesse had plans of "building" the Toyota Tacoma he purchased in November so that after a year or so of saving he could travel and explore the country. Jesse had hugged me, his mom Darlene, goodbye that morning. A bit of a side hug and quick kiss on the cheek as I was already working at my desk. He said "I love you" and I said "I love you" and "have a good day." Those were the last words I heard Jesse say and the last words I got the chance to say to him.
He went to the party by the river, where it was mostly people Jesse was not really familiar with, not his "regular crowd" and never came home. Jesse was run over by someone in a borrowed white pick up truck and left to die. No one initially called 911 when it happened but they did make a video and worry about "where to hide the beer." It took 45 minutes for anyone to call 911. Jesse was brought to Cooley Dickinson Hospital and then to Baystate due to the extensive internal injuries and he was officially pronounced dead on March 25th 2023.
Jesse touched so many lives and made an impact on so many during his short time with us. This site is built in memory of Jesse, to carry on his light in this world, and to be sure those responsible are reminded and held accountable.
Live life like Jesse and Justice for Jesse.
