New construction of a LEED certified athletics and arts facility housing an indoor swimming pool, gym, locker rooms, running track, squash courts, fencing studio, dance, music and video studios, experimental theater, and a café. Because each space had such diverse requirements, tracking details and efficient coordination with the project team and staff was key.
