Partner Katherine Nanke-Porco ASID is an Owner's Representative with extensive experience in non-profit, education and corporate projects. Katherine is a licensed Interior Designer who began her career in Interior Architecture and Design and brings experience as an Associate at Gensler.   She is well versed in management of all phases of the design and construction process from programming, budget creation, planning, FF&E, construction field review, coordination of punch-list, to project close-out.

Partner Eileen Kuster-Collins, began her career in owner representation in the 1990’s with Janet R. Duggan and Associates, after having worked as a senior designer and project coordinator in architectural firms and facilities.  She has strategically managed projects from planning through site selection, design, budgeting, construction, implementation, move management and close-out.

She was the owner's representative for full scope projects such as the Ossining Children's Center, The Hewitt School, The Masters School, and maintained a working relationship with the American Bible Society for over twenty years.

Associate Jacquie Meyer,  manages the financial data bases for current projects, reconciles financials and prepares detailed reports. For the Ossining Children's Center, Jacquie managed all aspects of financial oversight.  For the N.Y. Department of Health & Mental Hygiene, she created, updated, and maintained the complex databases which tracked the phases, departments, personnel, files, special equipment, and contents required for the relocation of 6,000 staff members. She also provided move management services. Jacquie brings 25 years of prior experience as a programmer for IBM and AT&T.
