New construction of a childcare and educational facility providing daycare, nursery school and after school programs. The scenic tiered site, overlooking the Hudson River, incorporates multiple playgrounds, game field, parking and an extensive children’s gardening program. The construction process required extensive site abatement. The building includes an accessible elevator, commercial kitchen & cold storage, board room, multipurpose gym as well as classrooms, office space and staff lounge.
