New construction of an expanded townhouse connected to an existing Landmarked façade.   Demolition of the existing townhouse required critical protection of the facade that was to be restored.  The townhouse included a staggered floor and accessible elevator connecting the original school and new townhouse structure.  It also included classrooms, offices, board room, science and technology center, and terrace.  Renovation included extensive testing and abatement of both buildings.
