Project Movers: Atelier Art Storage and Clancy Movers 

After having participated as Project Management in a multi-phase 120,000 sq. ft., $14MM building renovation spanning from 1996 to 2014 that included full building infrastructure and finishes renovation, entry atrium addition, chiller and data center replacement, window washing rig, ground floor interactive media center, and rare bible collection remediation, JDA Group was contacted to help dissolve the building.   The Board of the Bible Society finally acquiesced to a developer’s offer and decided to relocate to Philadelphia. 

After representing the client for almost 20 years, presented here is one component of the final JDA Project Management Group project for ABS: the relocation of the ABS legacy- the Rare Bible Collection, Archival Collection and Reference Collection.

The task required identifying and vetting rare documents conservancy groups, soliciting proposals, coordinating security, and managing the relocation to storage in a fine arts facility within a strict real estate transaction deadline.
