The Junior JCI Club (JJC), often referred to as Junior Jaycees, is the youth wing of Junior Chamber International (JCI). It serves as a training ground for young individuals to develop leadership skills, engage in community service, and foster personal growth. The club aims to prepare its members to eventually transition into full JCI membership, where they can continue to contribute to their communities on a larger scale. Through various activities and programs, JJCs encourage their members to take on leadership roles, participate in civic engagement, and collaborate on impactful projects, all while building a foundation of teamwork and responsibility at a young age.

The BUHAY KALABAW program is a long-term business recovery program of JCI Cabanatuan Golden Grain (JCI CGG), in partnership with the Philippine Carabao Center (PCC) and Arellano University (AU), one of Metro Manila’s most prominent universities.
Now in its 3rd year of implementation, the beneficiaries who received the milking carabaos were trained to properly take care of their carabaos and opportunities in the carabao milk business. Moreover, this year we are covering at least twenty (20) more carabaos in the community who also received vitamins and professional guidance from PCC. Through this, more community members get a chance to have their milking carabaos and help increase their personal income and the whole community’s livelihood and economy. This guarantees the sustainability of the program and, at the same time, strengthens the carabao milk industry in Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija, Philippines.
In response to the call to educate more young people about preventing disasters, such as neighborhood fires, JCI Cabanatuan Golden Grain, JCC Cabanatuan, and the Bureau of Fire Protection - Laur Station brought you "ALWAYS READY: A Fire Prevention Learning Session."

The number of children struggling with reading skills has grown significantly during the COVID-19 pandemic, as school closures disrupted efforts to meet SDG 4’s target of ensuring literacy proficiency by 2030. To address this, ABAKADA: Agbasa Tayon! aims to equip Sandelain Elementary School students with essential reading, speaking, and writing skills through games based on the Marungko approach. This initiative promotes youth participation in literacy programs while fostering meaningful community involvement and nation-building.
