Best Local JCI RISE Project (National Conference)
Buhay Kalabaw is a JCI RISE Program that aims to provide sustainable livelihood for the farmers in Barangay Bagong Sikat, Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija. Due to the pandemic, some members of the community lost their means of income and had a difficult time looking for alternative work. Other members of the community rely on farming on rented rice fields, only to break even on what they spent in renting the land. Through the Buhay Kalabaw program, selected beneficiaries were awarded with milking carabaos to jumpstart their carabao milk business. Moreover, the program ensures that the given carabaos produce offspring that will then be given to the next beneficiary in line. Through this, more members of the community get a chance to have their own milking carabaos and help boost their income.
The project entitled, “Programa ng Pagbasa” is crafted in response to a growing need for a distribution of free books in public schools under DepED system of learning in Cabanatuan City. Said books are being used as learning materials and references for Science, Mathematics and English. The project harmonizes also with the peace drive and efforts through a book drive and reading campaign that cater to the learning needs of elementary and high school learners, both in junior and senior high school students as main beneficiaries.

Best Educational Program (Area Conference)
The COVID-19 pandemic has brought a lot of challenges to different sectors, especially in education. Schools had to shift to online distance learning (ODL) or modular distance learning (MDL) just to make sure education continues despite the restrictions brought about by the pandemic. Because of these shifts in the teaching-learning process, teachers had to adjust as well; however, since these are unprecedented times, no teacher was prepared for the changes that happened. The EduAction program aims to address these challenges experienced by teachers by providing relevant and quality training programs that focus on equipping teachers with the knowledge and skills needed in ODL and MDL. Through capacitating teachers, this ensures that the education being provided by them is effective and successful.
The Community of Leaders is a collaborative project done by different JCI Local Organizations (LO) in Central Luzon. The project is a social media campaign wherein JCI members, including Baby Jaycees, regular members, Past Presidents, and LO Board of Directors, shared testimonials on how JCI helped mold them into better leaders. Each member had a poster with their picture, name, LO, position and testimonial which was shared through Facebook and Instagram. The Community of Leaders campaign was done in a span of one week, specifically during the JCI Week Celebration, where one poster was published and shared per day.
