On one hand, it helps people stay connected, share important information, and form communities. On the other hand, it promotes constant distractions, social comparisons, and sometimes misinformation that can confuse people. It can also intensify conflicts or create toxic environments when there are many extreme opinions. In my opinion, although social media can be useful, its impact can be harmful if it is not used consciously and in a balanced way.
