Each 2-hour job shadow session is designed to introduce teens to established companies and a wide variety of employees within each company, helping the students understand and develop their own unique path to career success. JA’s Virtual Job Shadow provides experiential learning to help students acquire and apply the skills needed in today’s demanding and ever-changing workplace.
