Commemoration and the Kandahar Cenotaph

My research examines the Kandahar Cenotaph, which was created by Canadian soldiers in Afghanistan for their colleagues who died and was ultimately brought to Canada, and situates it within broader scholarship on war, memory, and commemoration.
