This cannot be found through links except here: https://wave.google.com/wave/. BUT it is not able to work with Internet explorer, only with Google Chrome, or FireFox and some other browsers. If you need to login/sign-in then use your Gmail account login username/email address and the same password. Notice when you are signed in that your name is in the top right hand corner of the page you might see your email address too. To sing-out the next four links to the right of your name.... the last one to the right will have sing-out. Then sign-out and login in with your Gmail account information, as mentioned above.
The Left side (boxes):
When you get there, you’ll see a left sidebar with the following:
The next left hand sidebar item is in a separate box at the bottom where your contacts are. To add a new contact click the little gray plus button at the right bottom hand corner. *ONLY people with Gmail accounts will be able to access google wave, so don’t add someone from
Yahoo or AOL ...ect.
The Middle box:
In the middle of the page you’ll have the display of whatever category that you are in, such as if I were in my inbox all my waves in my inbox will be displayed in the middle box. A Wave is like the same thing as a project, in which this case you have the opportunity to create the following waves /(projects):
Far right box:
To start a new wave, you’ll notice in the far left hand side box in gray letters “Start a new wave” under that will give you six items/categories to choose from (as what I mentioned above). When you start a new wave you simply click the one you want to start, from there it will now display in the same place as your options (far right box, that you are in). If you clicked on the “Blank wave” then there will be simply just a green box. There you will type anything.
Tools:
To type in bold letters click the bold B on the toolbar above the box, to type in italics then click the slanted “I” next to the bold button. Then to underline click the U, next the S with the line through it is to be able to type will a line through the text. Next to that symbol will b a big T and a little t which is your font sizing, the one to the right of that is to change your font style. The colored letters are for the color of your text, the highlighted T is for typing while highlighting your text. The underlined T with a small red X in the right bottom corner is to clear formatting, meaning if you are typing in bold while still underlined it will cancel both and you will be typing normal again. H1 is for headings (titles) to the right of that is 123 with lines next to it, you will now start a numbered bullet point system, and the one with the dots and lines is for the bullet points. Next is for indenting, and the last one before the dots (...) is for placing your whole document text to the right, left, or center of the page. The dots (...) are for other options, in which you can download if you go to extensions in the left sidebar far left of the page.
If you want extensions in the Navigation box on the left, go to featured then it will only display the main download-able gadgets, if you click on “All” you will see all of them. You can also search for them at the top of the “featured list.” If you choose to do a different wave it is basically the same gist as starting a blank wave, there will be hinters of were to place what. All you have to do for that is highlight over it and start typing, or delete/erase the text and type in place of it.
To share a wave with one or more of your contacts, at the very top of your wave under the small title you should see a gray box with a gray person in it. Click the plus button next to it to add contacts or click and drag from the little contacts box in the left hand corner all the way to the light blue section next to “you” (the little gray guy, in the box).
