If you want to view your calendar, then in your Gmail inbox or in google docs, google sites ect.... located at the top left hand corner of the page you should see blue links. When you click on the link “Calendar” it should bring you to your own personal calendar. For a guide to the following refer to the left side image.
If you want to add a date or event:
You can click “Edit event details” to get back to your calendar at the top of that page under the search bar, and next to the save button and discard button you will find “Back to Calendar.”
To add further dates, you should see a small Calendar on the left sidebar, which you would just click the small blue arrows pointing left and right at the top of that small calendar to move through months.
Also on the left hand sidebar you will see “My Calendars” under that will be your email address, then tasks. If you click the little faint arrow that is pointing down, next to your email you have options to:
If you want to share your calendar it will allow you to share all of your events and data for your calendar with any other person in your contacts that you choose to share with. You can also change their permissions to your calendar, weather that be for them to only be able to make changes to your calendar, or to only view. Back at your calendar, on the left sidebar under “My calendars” there will be “other calendars” here you can add your friends calendar. All you need to do is type their name or email address and then share
with them.
