Any materials, books, tools which can be used during the sessions and informal time.
Statistics and data related to the topic in your country.
Morning / afternoon energizers to increase the groups energy.
Each country needs to prepare 2 topic related workshops.
Find interesting videos / games / exercises / educational activities related to the topic.
Wherever possible, take your laptops, digital cameras, smart phones and tablets– we will be doing some multimedia work that requires mobile equipment.
All travel documents, passport or ID card and financial proofs of payments.
Some pocket money (currency in Latvia is EUR).
Special medication if you need any (please take it with you and remember to use it as prescribed).
Valid European health insurance card and personal travel insurance for the full project time.
Reusable water bottle – drinking water outside meal times will be available only through personal water bottles.
Toiletries (shampoo and shower gel will be provided) and flip-flops.
Everything else that you consider of need, but don’t make your bags too heavy.

Typical food and drinks from your countries! We will have cultural evenings during the project and each country will have their own evening. You can bring national costumes, ornaments, leaflets, posters, flyers, food, sweets, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks… and so on! Also, you can show videos, photos, make quizzes, tell about stereotypes about your country, sing songs and dance traditional dances from your countries! We are counting on you to make these evenings as interesting as possible.
The average temperature in March is around -5°C till +6°C, but it's really hard to predict, so be prepared for cold weather and possibly snow.
