I decided to take a shot at creating a billboard that people would drive by on the highway and view. Since I have seen hundreds of these driving to and from Las Vegas when I used to live there, I decided to go the more simple route and really let the image speak for itself. I wanted to use a more unique nickname and I found out that Las Vegas is also known as "The Capital of Second Chances".

Two text boxes
A curves layer to brighten up the image
Right alignment of the text
I was surprised at the variety of images that there were of Las Vegas on pexels, but I decided to go for a top-down view of the strip. The image was surprisingly a bit dark so I applied the curves layer and brightened it up just a little bit. I added the two text boxes and choose fonts and colors that would stand out for the name and nickname. I aligned the text to the right, and put the nickname right under the name. So you can view it, then take in all this image has to offer.
I was given the suggestion to change the original font I used and give it a more "Las Vegas feel". So I changed the font, added that blue glow effect, and then changed the color of the nickname as well. Then I aligned it to the right instead of the center.
