Application Prototyping and Development

We build both prototype and commercial VXML (Voice XML) IVR (Interactive Voice Response) applications, using either speech input, touch tone input or both. We use hosting providers such as Voxeo, Bevocal and Tellme to run the applications. We work with professional recording studios to produce the prompts. We can develop the VXML code in house, and we also have relationships with onshore and offshore development partners for larger development projects. We have speech science expertise in house for grammar development and tuning, as well as recognition dictionary tuning and text-to-speech tuning.

We also can design and build Alexa apps (here's an example), Google home apps, IoT apps or consult on embedded ASR, TTS or text (chat) apps.
