GEDI (pronounced like jedi) stands for Gender, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

We are a lab of passionate researchers that are dedicated to advancing the knowledge in an important area in  the contemporary workplace: issues surrounding gender and cultural diversity and equality in the workplace. We conduct both lab and field studies to study these important questions, and we aim to disseminate the generated knowledge through peer-reviewed published papers and through various media outlets.  We were previously known as the EDGE Lab.

Overall, we strive to contribute to successful management of today’s global workplace and workforce by studying how to remove obstacles in promotion and integration of gender, racial, and cultural diversity in the workplace.
