Registration is now open!

Please be aware that registration and payment are mandatory to be included in the programme.

Registration to this conference will be allowed until Monday 18th June 2018.

The conference fees are as follow:

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION (by April 20th, 2018)

ESREA members* : 180 Euros

HAEA members: 180 Euros

Non-members: 250 Euros

PhD Students: 120 Euros (3 bursaries for PhD students will be available)

REGULAR REGISTRATION (by June 18th, 2018)

ESREA members*: 250 Euros

HAEA members: 250 Euros

Non-members: 320 Euros

PhD Students: 170 Euros

Individuals who hold a position at a university, including PhD or other doctoral students who are employed full-time by their university, are expected to pay the regular fee. Those who register as a Doctoral student need to be able to show proof of their status.

The conference fee includes welcome party, coffee breaks and lunches.

Payment can be made by VISA or MASTERCARD/MAESTRO card or by bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the policy of this conference is that the full conference fee will be reimbursed provided a notification is sent by email to the organisers until 2 weeks before the conference start date.

Optional events (separate registration!):

The social dinner (35€) is not included in the conference fee and must be booked separately by sending an email to: itlp2018@unimib.it.

Payment is at the restaurant either in cash or by credit/debit card. Please be mindful that for organisational reasons we cannot accept bookings after 22^nd June.

The pre-conference event on Thursday 28^th June at 14.30 in Cinisello Balsamo must also be booked via email (see the Programme page for more information!).

Accompanying persons participating to the pre-conference event and/or the social dinner should also reserve them in advance by sending an email to itlp2018@unimib.it. Please be aware that in absence of such notification the organising committee is not able to guarantee that there are still places available.

Bursaries and support to participating graduate students:

ESREA offers 3 bursaries, in order to support participation of graduate and doctoral students. In order to be eligible for a bursary, the applicant needs to

− be a graduate student – doing a Doctoral or Master’s Degree,

− an individual member* of ESREA or a student from a member* institution; and

− having a proposal accepted, and presented during the Conference.

The bursary of maximum 300 Euros can only be used to cover travel expenditures and/or accommodation.

Conference fee is not covered by the bursaries.

Applications should be submitted no later than April 14^th 2018. Applications or questions regarding the application procedure should be directed to the conference secretariat (itlp2018@unimib.it), where your application will be considered in liaison with the network conveners. The final decision about your application will be communicated to you via the Secretary of the European Society for Research on the Education of Adults (ESREA).
