Papers Guidelines
Who needs to submit the full paper?
Full papers should be submitted for paper presentations, workshops and symposia.
The length of the full paper is:
- up to 5000 words for papers and workshops (inc. references)
- up to 7000 for a symposium (inc. references)
Posters should also be submitted by deadline in a .pdf or .rtf format, and if you wish can be accompanied by a short paper up to 2500 words (inc. references). Please note that you are responsible to bring your own print of your poster to the conference (vertical orientation, 50 x 70 cm).
The deadline for the submission of papers/posters has been extended to May 31st 2018 – send to itlp2018@unimib.it.
Paper guidelines
We kindly ask you to submit your papers using the following instructions:
· First name and last name, institution, city, country (font size 12pt, bold, left alignment)
· Title of the paper – font size 14pt, bold, center
· Font – Times New Roman, 12pt
· Space – single
· Subheadings and headings – two levels (first level – bold; second level – bold italic)
· For emphasizing in the text please use only italic, do not use underlining or bold. Pictures, tables and graphs should be marked by number (arabic) and title.
· Full text – maximum 5000 (including references), justified.
· References – Use the (Author, year) system. Footnotes only when strictly necessary, for comments and additional text. In citation and bibliography use the APA style (APA Citation Style - American Psychological Association, 6th edition).
· Bibliography – Please use only the sources that were directly referenced in the text.
Language: full papers can be written in English or French (please include an abstract in English). Please assure the quality of the language/translation.
