Shell Envelopes

If you would like a supply of these envelopes just let Vice President  Jay Marshall know.  He can mail about 16 through regular mail with a single stamp.  They are very easy to use at Cross Country Meets.  Track and Field Meets take a little more coordination and planning.  These are "planting seeds" for the future.  Consider the official shortage and keep this question in mind...
