Tina has been an IHSA Official for 30 years now and has always been active in Cross Country and Track and Field.  She has been a lead official for the IESA State XC meet and has also been active at the IESA State T&F meets.  Besides the IESA, she has served the IHSA at the State XC meet and the Girls and Boys State T&F meets.  She has also been an IHSA Clinician.Tina lives in Dwight, and works in Education.  She is married and is a mother and grandmother.  

Jay Marshall has been a Track & Field and Cross Country official since 1998.  He has worked many IHSA Regional, Sectional, and State meets for both sports, as well as working very closely with the IESA at the State T&F meets in East Peoria since 2000.  He was honored as the IHSA Girls T&F Official of the year in 2019.  He was inducted into the Lake County Athletic Hall of Fame in 2022 as a T&F and XC official.  He has been a member of the ITCCOA since just after its inception and was a Section Leader for a few years.  He has presented information at ITCCOA clinics in St. Charles.  Jay was a Middle School Science Teacher in the same district for his entire career.  He retired in 2021.  Besides officiating, he is a very active volunteer around his community.  Jay lives in Richmond Illinois with his wife Beth and has three sons.  He is also a USATF Official. 

Andy has been an IHSA Official for 15 years and is an active and respected official in the Rockford area.  He was named the IHSA official of the year for Girls Track and Field in 2022.
