Tim became an official because he loves the sport, especially Track & Field. It was my favorite time of year in high school. All three of his children ran Track and Cross Country. I became and Official when they were all out of high school. I felt it was my time to give something back. Running draws people together through the shared experience of doing something that has to be uncomfortable to make you better, with the personal reward of facing that challenge. Track and Field especially highlights the diverse abilities of different people, combining their individual talents into a team.
When Tim is not on the track or in the field he enjoys woodworking, golfing, and working on his hot rod 1950 pickup truck.
