Oral Presentation

・The presentation time is 15 minutes, followed by a 3-minute question-and-answer session. Please complete the changeover between presenters within 2 minutes.

・Please use Microsoft Office PowerPoint for your presentation. A slide aspect ratio of 4:3 is recommended.

・In principle, please use your own computer for the presentation. (A Windows PC provided at the venue will also be available if needed.)

・Awards will be given for outstanding presentations delivered by students or postdocs.

Poster Presentations

・The maximum poster size that can be displayed on the poster panel is A0 (841 mm wide × 1189 mm high). 

・Push pins for mounting posters will be provided at the venue. 

・Printing facilities will not be available at the venue. Please print your poster in advance and bring it with you. 

・A core time for poster presentations will be scheduled during the conference period (planned for November 5). During the core time, presenters are requested to stand by their posters and provide explanations.

・Awards will be given for outstanding presentations delivered by students or postdocs.
